Ingredients:
Jalapeño -sliced, 2
Boneless, skinless chicken thigh- diced into bite size pieces
Crushed coriander seeds
Juice of lime - 1/2 (you can work with vinegar too for the tartness)
Onion -1 minced
Garlic, ginger- minced
Method:

Method:
- Mix the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, turmeric, lime juice. Set aside.
- In a wok, heat olive oil and fry the onion, garlic, and then the ginger. Add crushed coriander seeds and sliced jalapeño.
- Add the chicken. Saute and then cover to cook. You may garnish it with cilantro.
