Asparagus wrapped in bacon


  1.  Trim asparagus spears, wash, shake well to remove water and add salt- cracked pepper.
  2. Cut bacon (uncured, preferably hickory smoked) into half, wrap around each spear leaving tip.
  3. Pan fry for 20 mins in medium-low flame covered or bake or grill until bacon is done.

And I shall treat myself to this little things and remind myself how delicious life can be.
